I was talking to a friend about how I'm in a cooking rut, and how I would like to learn to cook things like paella. She suggested a blog so that we could easily share recipes and see what we're cooking -- get ideas. We'll see what happens.

Yeah, I like this one. It's definitely more readable. Perhaps something with some warmer colors would be more "foody" though. Reds and oranges are usually good food colors.
