I was talking to a friend about how I'm in a cooking rut, and how I would like to learn to cook things like paella. She suggested a blog so that we could easily share recipes and see what we're cooking -- get ideas. We'll see what happens.
I tried it, although not marinated. I just poured some soy sauce into the mushroom cap and grilled it (on the George Foreman, since I was just doing one mushroom). It was definitely good. I can imagine, though, that it might get a little flametastic on an actual grill.
